Biography:

Arlin L Penner is helping donors with charitable planning. He has been a financial advisor since 1982. A Certified Investment Management Analyst from IMCA with studies from the Wharton School of Finance, an Estate Planning designation, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation from The American College, and the Certified Specialist in Planned Giving from the American Institute of Philanthropy, Cal State U. Long Beach Research Foundation. He has developed a disciplined approach to money management by analyzing and coordinating family wealth planning.

Arlin's primary focus is meeting the needs of high net-worth individuals and the not-for-profit organizations they support. As a participant in a Teachers Abroad Program, he taught High School Biology and Chemistry to African Nationals in French. He taught in Catholic, Baptist, and Mennonite schools attaining the highest teacher rating for a non-indigenous speaker. He attributes that at least partially to the excellent teacher's training received at Cal State University Fullerton and their support by the National Science Foundation. Thus, he seems to have a way of sharing complicated concepts in an easy to understand way.
