About the event

ICR is engaged in its largest initiative in two decades. Just as Flood geology is a contrasting and superior alternative theory to uniformitarianism to explain geology, we need for biology a theory of biological design (TOBD) that’s fully informed by the biblical narrative beginning with its basic assumptions, e.g. creatures look engineered because they were engineered (Rom. 1:20). Thus, a TOBD is deliberately not putting a creationist spin on Darwinism or only identifying the abundant flaws in evolution. A TOBD is a clear, profoundly different, and true replacement framework for interpreting biological phenomena that’s principally creature-focused and assumes biological functions are best explained by engineering principles. We’ll use current research on cave fish to illustrate key elements of a TOBD that’ll fundamentally change the way people see biology.
